Blue & Gold + “Chaos and Destruction” fun!

It’s time for us to send off our Arrow of Light Scouts in style! We will hold a joint event, combining the Blue & Gold event and Arrow of Light outing in one spectacular gathering.

Scouting for Food

Pack 503 is honored to commemorate the founding of the Scouting Movement in February, by “doing a good turn daily” and making a positive difference to our community!
Please remember to collect the food donations from your neighbors this Saturday, Feb 26 from noon to 4pm! Thank you for your service to the community!

Prairie Garden Clean Up & Pack Meeting

  • When: Saturday, November 13, 2021
  • Time: 10am – 12:30pm
  • Where: Prairie Garden (behind Prairie Elementary)
  • Goal: Garden clean up and winterizing of the vegetable beds
  • What to bring: Gloves (a must), Wheelbarrows (super helpful), garden tools (if you like but we have tools on site)

Lifetime Fitness Event

Pack 503 will get to spend time climbing the rock walls, playing pickleball, and enjoying other fun gym games.  Pizza and beverages will also be provided by the Pack to keep the kids energized late into the evening.  This event has been a huge hit in the past, and the climbing cave is amazing!

Pack 503 Check Presentation for Tornado Relief efforts

Well done Pack 503! Through your hard work in various service projects, we have reached our goal of raising $500 towards tornado relief efforts for the residents of Woodridge!
The Mayor of Woodridge has invited us to attend the Village Board meeting to share what we’ve done and present the check for $500, which will go toward supplementing food staples for victims of the June 20 tornado.

Join us for advancement, orienteering, games and final awards! Please bring a base plate compass if you have one, and don’t forget your water bottles!

  • Please arrive at 11am on Saturday June 5
  • The location is a 2hr 15 min drive from Naperville
  • The program will end after breakfast on Sunday, but there is an optional Sunday morning hike/activity after we break camp if you’re ready for more!
  • Cost: $15 a head
  • Who: It’s a family Scouting trip so everyone is welcome!
  • Activities: Hiking, Fishing (bring your poles and bait) and lots lots more
  • Health & Medical Forms – Please print complete and bring with you
  • Shelter: bring your own tent
  • Food: Dinner, Evening Snack & Breakfast will be provided… but bring your own additional snacks and drinks.

Pack 503 Pinewood Derby & 50th Anniversary Carnival!

Get ready for our annual Pinewood Derby!!! This year, it’s bigger and better than ever, because we’re also celebrating 50 years of Pack 503!
  • When: Saturday May 8, 2021, 1pm – 6pm
  • Where: DuPage River Park Pavilion – 808 Royce Rd, Naperville, IL 60440
Car check in is from 1-3pm, racing will be from 3-6pm. The pavilion is open air and masks are required. Families of Pack 503 Scouts are welcome!
We will have prizes and trophies for for the fastest cars in each Den, and Pack, and additional prizes for the most creative designs. We have 4 official categories:

  • Cartoons and Heroes
  • Sports
